My presentation is on competitor analysis prioritisation and a scientific method to go about it. The advantage of this method is that it prioritises certain tasks that save time, gives better insights and keep things organised. My hope is that this would give a base to face a competitor analysis for people who never did one before and people who did but had difficulties to break down this task.
